ACP PIER, The Physicians' Information and Education Resource, published by the American College of Physicians. PIER is an evidence-based, point-of-care, decision support tool for clinicians.

PIER has a collection of disease modules under five topic types:

Screening and Prevention
Complementary and Alternative Medicine
Ethical and Legal Issues, and
Procedures.
Disease modules can be searched, browsed alphabetically, or browsed by organ system. Subcategories within disease modules include:
