To adjust the system to Daylight Saving Time in the United States, ScienceDirect and Clinics of North America will be down for approximately 7 hours, starting at 10:00 PM Local Time on Saturday, March 10.

This will affect approximately 800 Elsevier journals and about 35 Clinics of North America.
