Ovid Off-Campus Access Problems

Ovid is having server problems which cause packet losses and resultant
PDF download trouble for remote users. When reporting Ovid remote
access trouble, please let us know your setup:
pc or mac, OS, browser and version. Are you behind a firewall, in a
hospital, or working from home or office?

We are working with the vendor to resolve the issues.

This affects users on the pc and the Mac platform.
